We are looking for someone to join our close-knit and friendly team with an 'everyone muck in' and 'can do’ attitude. Experience is preferred but, more important are reliability and a helpful, flexible approach.
This is a full-time, seasonal position (30-35 hrs per week) starting February ending late September/early October. The work can be very full on. You will be required to work at least one weekend day and Bank Holidays.
Own transport is essential.
Main duties involve the manning of incoming enquiries over the phone and by email. Bookings will need to be processed and confirmations sent out. New arrivals will need to be booked in at the front desk, where you will be using a till.
Applicants should be fully computer literate and any previous knowledge with booking systems will be helpful but all job specific training will be provided.
You will need to have good office skills, a friendly telephone manner and a desire and the ability to provide a high standard of service with a positive and welcoming attitude, at all times.
This position would suit somebody who primarily likes to work in a busy office and deal with people, but also does not mind helping out and working on the sales floor when necessary.
