To work as a member of a team in providing a customer-focused, efficient and effective Business Support Services contact service to the Alliance. The role performs the first point of contact for officers and staff across the Alliance for matters relating to the employment lifecycle, the provision of Human Resources (HR) guidance, Agresso based management information and customer services administration.
The commencing salary will be within Scale C starting at £8,971(£17,943 Pro rata) rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £9,561 (£19,122 Pro rata) per annum.
