We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in Swanage. You will be working closely along-side our Head Chef in all aspects of cooking and the preparation, production, presentation and service of our freshly prepared high quality dishes in our popular seaside pub.
Previous experience is essential.
