Part Time Receptionist/Administrator

The Valuation department is moving to Wareham and looking for a part time Receptionist/Administrator. The ideal candidate will be professional, organised, cheerful and patient as this will be a primarily customer focussed role


  • Maintaining good business relations with panels, private clients and the general public
  • Handling Telephone Enquires
  • Manage Surveyors Diaries
  • Dealing with the monthly invoicing and liaising with the in house accounts department


  • Proficient in use of Microsoft packages especially Excel spreadsheets
  • Good level of communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs
  • Etech, Reapit and Quest Software knowledge advantageous but training will be given

EXPERIENCE            Applicants must have at least one year of experience in a similar client facing / administrative role. 


  • Initial hours to be 9 am - 5.30 pm 3 days a week with flexibility to work additional hours as required
  • A competitive salary commensurate with experience.  The requirement for this role is immediate
  • Holiday starting at 28 days per year pro rata including bank holidays and increasing with long service
  • Pension – work-based pension scheme

START DATE October 2019
