As a Domestic Supervisor, you will need to have a flexible approach to work and actively support staff by undertaking hands-on cleaning duties alongside the rest of the team. In addition, you will need to organise rotas, carry out annual appraisals, train and supervise staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in all areas of Wareham Hospital and Wareham Health Centre.
You will need to be confident in your ability to work with this small team to provide an efficient and effective service and regularly check areas to ensure quality standards are met.

This post is 13.5 hours per week, from 3.30pm - 8.00pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
