To work within the HR Operations (Administration Support) Team providing the first point of contact for officers and staff across the Alliance for matters relating to the employment lifecycle and the provision of HR guidance. To administer processes including flexible working applications, extended leave breaks, variations to contracts of employment, resignations and other leavers etc.
