Norden Farm Shop is looking for an outgoing, approachable person to join our friendly, close-knit team with an ‘everyone muck-in’ and ‘can do’ mindset. We strive to provide our customers with the very best service, and would love to find new team members who will help us maintain this. A rural knowledge would be preferred but more important is reliability and a helpful, flexible approach
In this varied role, duties will include use of a till, handling money, stock control and regular unloading of deliveries, pricing and putting out of stock. We are looking for someone who can deal with the physically demanding aspects of the job which can include handling a number of animal feed & compost (bags up to 25kg). Alongside, you will need to be available to offer assistance with loading for customers. Candidates need to have good communication and customer service skills (and should be willing and able to work as part of a team)
This is a part time roll, but more hours could be available for the right candidate.
