Main Purpose: To provide a first class customer experience through:-
- Customer interaction and sales - to greet customers who enter the shop; assisting them to find the items they are looking for; giving advice and guidance as appropriate, suggesting complementary products.
- Processing payments and administration - be responsible for processing cash and card payments balancing the till with receipts, dealing with and recording loyalty cards, gift vouchers, customer exchanges/credit notes/refunds and general queries.
- Stocking, ordering and cleanliness - receiving and recording deliveries of stock and attaching prices to merchandise for the shop floor, stocking and replenishing hangers and shelves. Taking customer orders where appropriate. Assisting with product display and keeping the store presentable, tidy and secure at all times.
