We are currently seeking a passionate chef to join our team at the Italian Bakery Cafe in Swanage. We are a growing group of unique, award-winning Italian restaurants, gastro pubs, cafes, and bakeries, based in Dorset, committed to delivering high-quality, fresh food and exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

As a experienced chef, you will be responsible for producing high-quality hot and cold food items for the cafe, as well as overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, monitor inventory levels, and order supplies. Other responsibilities include preparing food in a timely manner, managing food waste, and ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working as a chef in a busy cafe or restaurant environment. You should have excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and be able to work under pressure. A passion for food and customer satisfaction is also essential.
