We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, training and supervising team members, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with licensing and health regulations. The Bar Manager will also be expected to create a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer feedback professionally, and implement promotions or events to enhance the guest experience.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, a solid understanding of bar operations, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
