We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Lettings Manager to lead our lettings department and play a key role in our continued success.

As Lettings Manager, you will administer the smooth, compliant, and efficient running of the lettings department, ensuring the highest standards of service, organisation, and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the lettings department

· Ensure full compliance with current legislation, including the Renters’ Rights Act 2025

· Oversee tenancy documentation, statutory requirements, and legal notices

· Maintain audit-ready records across both digital (Expert Agent) and paper systems

· Monitor key tenancy dates, renewals, and compliance deadlines

· Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

· Collaborate with the sales team and provide support during busy periods

About You

· Experience in residential lettings at a senior level is preferred.

· Strong working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· Confident communicator with a professional, calm approach

· Comfortable working with both digital systems and traditional filing

· A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
