We are looking to expand an established and supportive care team for a 38-year-old individual living with a spinal cord injury and tracheostomy.
 

Position available 

• Bank staff (minimum 24 hours a week available plus to cover sickness and annual leave)

You will be joining a stable team of 9 dedicated staff members. That all have 5.6 weeks worth of annual leave that will need covering.

 This is not a replacement role—we are growing the team to ensure full coverage and maintain a high standard of care.

About the Role

This is a highly rewarding position supporting an individual to live as independently as possible. Due to a tracheostomy, 24-hour care is required, and a Personal Assistant must be present at all times.

Duties include:

• Assisting with all aspects of personal care
• Supporting daily routines and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and providing reassurance
• Working as part of a close-knit, reliable team

Full training will be provided, including specialist care needs.

This role is less about formal qualifications and more about finding the right person.
