Mortons Manor in Corfe Castle, Dorset is looking for experienced Chef de Partie & Junior Sous (preferably, but not essentially, with some pastry knowledge) to join our Two Rosette Restaurant.
The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout. The refurbishment has included our restaurant, kitchen & herb garden.
We are continually improving the finer details within the restaurant & kitchen in one of the best restaurants in Dorset.
Experience in a similar standard environment is desired.
You will be required to:
- Be responsible for running a section
- Maintain high food standards & be quality driven
- Have good organisational skills & be self-motivated
- Manage stock, deliveries & waste
£32,000 - £35,000 per year depending on experience
