Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team in our Restaurant overlooking Swanage Bay. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to work as part of a team effectively.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are served
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards

-Effectively manage your time to complete tasks in a clean manor and to a high standard
- Work with the owners to create new specials

-Assist in leading the team and managing young members

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Ability to work as part of a team

Skills:
- Cooking experience and knife skills
- Hospitality mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Experience in kitchen operations
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques and presentation
- Previous experience in restaurant environments is beneficial
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Culinary creativity to enhance food production
