Duration: Temporary (3 months) with the possibility of a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team at Swanbrook Bar & Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving customers food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner
  • Working behind the bar, preparing and serving beverages
  • Taking customer orders and processing payments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar and dining areas
  • Assisting with setting up and clearing tables
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or food service is preferred but not essential
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
