Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable cleaner on a self employed basis to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-presented. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. We cover Christchurch to Swanage including Wareham.

Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, holiday lets and communal spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned, dusted, and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishment as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

• Ability to drive is essential.
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong customer service skills to grow positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively.
